National Assessment of Educational Progress
The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) is a metric to determine academic proficiency in reading and math. Schools are selected to take this assessment at random, and students in grades 4 and 8 are typically assessed. If we are selected, this assessment will take place in March and the data from this assessment is used to develop the "Nations Report Card".
