WLC Robotics Team Recognized in State Competition

On February 16th, WLC's robitics team placed 21st onverall in the entire state of NH.  The competition was tough, with a team from Hollis even setting a world record!

The two-person team of Brooklyn Furze and Justin Marcinuk performed so well that they were awarded the Judge's Award for their enthusiasm and promise.

The team is in a perfect place to recruit more participants and build on the successes of this year.  Robotics involves not onlyl building a robot, but also coding.  The skills learned are invaluable for anyone interested in a STEM career.  Scholarships are often availalbe for FIRST Alumni and colleges love enrolling students who have been involved in this kind of program!
