  • Student Services Coordinator/Integration Teacher

    WLCSD is seeking an experienced educator for a unique opportunity at Lyndeborough Central School. The successful candidate will have the exciting task of coordinating and implementing the Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework, a 3-tier system that is relatively new to the school. This framework will provide data-driven academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support for all students as needed. The position, which will commence during the 2024‐2025 school year, also entails fulfilling administrative and leadership duties at the building level—Lyndeborough Central School, with its approximately 40 Kindergarten students and three general education teachers.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating and enhancing the MTSS framework (facilitating SST/MTSS meetings and completing all required paperwork)
    • Facilitating monthly staff meetings
    • Provide targeted instruction with students or groups of students as needed
    • Provide behavioral support for students as needed
    • Provide teacher administrative support and educational leadership, including Impact (PLC) meetings, coaching & mentoring.
    • This is a 185‐day position that is 28 hours per week.
    • The successful candidate will have an individual contract with the district.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Experience with curriculum and instruction/best practices
    • Previous involvement in SST/WIN (Title 1) teams preferred
    • Certification in elementary education preferred

  • Food Service Worker

    Immediate Need, Opening for Food Service Worker, 5.75 hours per day for academic year plus 10 days, school year, supporting School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program. The FS Worker will be part of a dynamic team providing meals to students on a daily basis. Experience preferred but not required.

    Daily job responsibilities include implementation of USDA Food Service Programs at schools in the WLC School District. The FS Worker will assist in the preparation of a variety of main and side  dishes and accompanying items as specified by the menu and recipes, and will maintain records as required by the USDA. FS Worker will use industrial food service equipment such as, but not limited to electric mixers, slicers, ovens, stove tops, warmers and coolers. The FS Worker performs daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning of the facility, service areas, and all kitchen equipment.

    FS Worker will report to the Food Service Director and will work at various sites throughout the district during the school year. Some job assignments require use of your personal vehicle for transport of food supplies between school locations. Performance of job functions requires the ability to follow verbal or demonstrated instruction, physical ability to perform upper and lower body movement, and ability to do reaching, lifting, eye-hand coordination, sitting and stooping.

    FS Worker will be required to maintain Food Safety in Schools certification and earn 6 hours of Professional Development annually. Experience in school food service programs is preferred but not required.

  • ABA Therapist

    $20 per hour, multiple positions available, school year in RISE program for students diagnosed with Autism and/or related disabilities. 

    Daily job responsibilities include implementation of a wide variety of applied behavior analysis (ABA) teaching techniques, including but not limited to incidental/naturalistic teaching, verbal behavior, discrete trial teaching, task analysis, positive behavior management and daily data collection. Therapist would be responsible for working with students in both inclusion and sub separate settings in both small group and 1:1 ratio. Therapist would be responsible for set up and organization of student’s data sheets, related materials and school-home communication logs.

    Therapist reports to BCBA, Building Principal and Director of Student Support Services. Experience with students in public school setting, experience with students with Autism and/or experience with ABA or RBT certification is preferred.     Maintenance and PM tasks, maintain the physical school facilities and grounds in a condition of operating excellence, cleanliness and safety, prune trees, trim shrubs, mow and trim lawns, shovel snow, and operate equipment to remove snow, spread sand and ice melt. Repair and maintain equipment, operate machines and other tools and equipment properly, safely and efficiently, set up and break down for events, fill in for school custodians when absent throughout the district, work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
